At the Official Raw Garden Store , we understand that getting your Refined Live Resin quickly and discreetly is a top priority. We have optimized our logistics to ensure that every Raw Garden Cart , disposable, and concentrated is handled with care and delivered efficiently to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days .

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new Raw Garden strain drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.

3. Discreet Packaging

We value your privacy. All orders from the Official Raw Garden Store are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers.

  • There is no mention of “Cannabis,” “Raw Garden,” or “Vapes” on the outside of the package.

  • The return address will be listed under our logistics name to ensure your delivery remains completely confidential.

4. Age Verification (21+ Requirement)

In compliance with federal and state laws, all shipments containing Raw Garden Carts , Raw Garden Disposables , or concentrates require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

  • The delivery agent will verify your government-issued ID.

  • If no adult is present to sign for the package, the carrier will typically make two additional delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse.

5. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to provide the “gold standard” of cannabis to everyone, we must comply with local regulations.

  • Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship within the United States to states where the sale of hemp-derived or cannabis products is legally permitted.

  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to signature requirements.

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Use this to monitor the progress of your Raw Garden Cartridge or hardware delivery.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Official Raw Garden Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Damages & Missing Packages

If you receive your order and the Raw Garden Pen is damaged, or the seal on your Refined Live Resin is broken, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Please contact us immediately at sales@rawgardenofficialstore.com with photos of the damaged shipment.

  • If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
