At the Official Raw Garden Store , we stand behind the quality of our single-source products. Because we oversee every step of the process—from the seed in the ground to the oil in your Raw Garden Cart —we are committed to ensuring you receive hardware and concentrates that perform at the highest level.
1. Consumable Products (Cartridges & Disposables)
Due to the nature of cannabis extracts, Raw Garden Carts , Raw Garden Disposables , and concentrates (Sauce/Diamonds) are considered consumable products.
Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your Raw Garden Cartridge or Raw Garden All-In-One is defective out of the box (eg, it does not fire, is leaking, or has a broken seal), you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery .
Performance Issues: If you experience a hardware failure with a cartridge (such as a total loss of airflow) that is not due to improper storage or use of a high-voltage third-party battery, please contact us for a troubleshooting consultation.
Note: We cannot offer warranties or returns based on personal flavor preference or the natural darkening of oil that occurs with oxidation over time.
2. Hardware Warranty (Batteries & Pens)
We provide a 90-day limited warranty on all official Raw Garden Battery and Raw Garden Pen hardware purchased directly from our store. This warranty covers:
Internal battery failure.
Defective charging ports.
Faulty firing mechanisms.
The hardware warranty does NOT cover:
Damage caused by using non-Raw Garden cartridges.
Damage from high-voltage chargers or “fast-charging” blocks.
Accidental damage (dropped units, water damage, or loss).
Normal wear and tear.

Our obsession with purity means we guarantee that every Raw Garden Vape and concentrate is:

If you believe your product does not meet these professional standards, we will investigate the batch number associated with your order to ensure total transparency.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim for a defective Raw Garden Cart or battery, please follow these steps:
Email Us: Send a message to sales@rawgardenofficialstore.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Order Number]”.
Provide Evidence: Include clear photos or a short video showing the defect (eg, the leaking cart or the battery light not activating).
Batch Info: For cartridges and concentrates, please provide the Batch Number found on the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of your receipt or order confirmation from the Official Raw Garden Store is required.
5. Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:
Replace the defective item with the same product (subject to availability).
Issue a store credit for the value of the defective item.
In the case of hardware, provide a replacement Raw Garden Pen or battery.
